Inspired by The Bristol Textile Quarter I have started a monthly mending evening for anyone to bring their clothes that need some TLC.
The evenings are held every last Thursday of the month at Stitches and Cream on the High Street in Falmouth, UK.
Where: Stitches and Cream
When: 7pm - 9pm
What: Bring an item that needs mending by hand - think of ripped jeans, a hole in your jumper, a button missing on your shirt.
We all have something in the bottom of our cupboard that has been neglected waiting for that day you will have time to repair it. So now is your chance.
Repairing is so much more fun when your doing it with others. Have a cup of tea, repair your clothes and meet new people.
